By participating in Bingo Lotto in the Lyon's Den ("the Game"), you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before registering.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. The Game is open to all eligible participants regardless of purchase. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Paid entries ($20 per entry) are eligible for all prizes including cash jackpot. Free entries are eligible for non-cash prizes only (merch, music, VIP access). A maximum of 2 free winners per game. All entries are final once submitted. Numbers cannot be changed after submission.
A 10% administration fee is deducted from total paid entries to cover game operations, platform costs, and hosting. The remaining 90% constitutes the prize pool. The confirmed prize pool amount is announced to all registered players by email before the first draw of each month.
The Game uses official New York State Lottery (NY Lotto) draw results held every Wednesday and Saturday. All draw results are final and binding. The host is not affiliated with the New York State Lottery. Results are verified against official NY Lotto published results.
Winners are notified within 24 hours of the draw result via the email provided at registration. Winners must respond and confirm their claim within 72 hours of notification. Failure to respond within 72 hours may result in forfeiture of the prize.
If two or more paid players match all 6 numbers in the same draw, the prize pool is divided equally among all winners. Each winner receives an identical share.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on prizes received. The host does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax documentation. Consult a tax professional regarding your obligations.
The host's decision on all game matters is final. Disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of the disputed event.
All entry fees are non-refundable once submitted. In the event the game is cancelled by the host, all paid entry fees will be refunded in full within 7 business days.
The host reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be announced via the game website and email notification to registered players. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
